According to the representative of the Procuracy, during the investigation process, money was temporarily seized and assets of Mr. Nguyen Cao Tri (the person who appropriated VND 1,000 billion from Ms. Lan) were temporarily seized and assets were distrained, so they requested to continue the distraint to ensure judgment enforcement.
