For more information about the case, lawyer Hoang Van Linh (Dak Lak Provincial Bar Association) said that the competent authorities will investigate and verify to clarify the cause of the concrete slab falling on the teacher, leading to not passing. In case the competent authority finds that there is a violation in the process of designing and constructing Nha Bep café leading to non-compliance with regulations and quality of works, the case shows signs of violation of criminal law, then, the authorities will prosecute the criminal case and conduct investigation and clarification activities event.
