According to the Ho Chi Minh City Police. Buon Ma Thuot (Dak Lak province), immediately after the incident of a concrete slab at a café collapsing, crushing a female customer and making this person unable to survive afterwards, the unit coordinated with the authorities to conduct a scene examination and autopsy to determine the cause of death of the victim.
