However, regardless of the purpose, this is considered a form of harassment and serious harm to the legitimate rights and interests of others protected by law.

Therefore, depending on the purpose, nature and extent of the violation, the person committing the act may be administratively handled or considered for criminal liability according to the provisions of law.

Having a similar opinion to lawyer Hung, lawyer Tuan said that the application of sanctions for secretly filming behavior of young men will be based on the provisions of Decree No. 144/2021/ND-CP and Decree No. 15/2020/ND-CP of the Government.
