The working group recommends that the establishment owner correct the above errors, pay fines according to regulations and comply with food safety regulations for street food establishments.

The video recorded the scene of a woman picking up pieces of meat, dipping them into a tray of black coal water mixed with grease and then putting them on the grill, making many people shudder.
Mr. Giang, the son of the owner of the bun cha restaurant, said the incident happened a few days ago, at noon when the restaurant was crowded. According to him, the water in the tray is meat fat, not charcoal water or dishwashing liquid as reported on social networks.
