Mong Thuong said he needed money to take care of work, make purchases, pay debts, complete inheritance procedures, and prepare personal papers, thereby defrauding the victim many times to appropriate property for a total of more than 12 billion VND.

During the conversation, it was found that the victim was a person with a lot of money, so he often had the intention of defrauding the victim's property by cheating.

After the process of monitoring and synchronously applying professional measures, the Criminal Police Department of Nghe An Police coordinated with relevant units to successfully solve the case of arrest and urgent search of Dao Thi Mong Thuong's residence. regarding fraudulent appropriation of property, confiscation of 2 mobile phones, and freezing of a bond investment contract worth 4 billion VND.
