In the case of Mr. D. (in Ba Dinh, Hanoi), this man ran into the yard of the funeral home, just answered the phone and said "is he right?" Turning the crowd, another man ran up to him, red-eyed nodding in confirmation.

"Oh my god, some grandchildren are gone," Mr. D. choked up and collapsed to the ground. Still shocked, in his broken account, Mr. D said that his house was in Ba Dinh district but because the house was cramped, the brother and his wife and 3 sons came here to rent a house.

"The family has been renting for several years, staying on the 6th floor of the apartment building. Last night I heard the news, I couldn't make a phone call, and the whole family rushed down but couldn't get anything more out of my loved one's news.

As of this afternoon, we have identified 4 members, and the eldest grandson has not yet been identified," Mr. D. choked up his voice.
