Wuttichai denied the allegation, saying he only put his sleeping son in a banana orchard to take pictures and had no intention of abandoning him. The man admitted that he had repeatedly asked to be close to his wif.e but did not intend to leave the c.on to force his wif.e.

The police tested Wuttichai's urine and the result was positive for "mai thuy". Currently, Wuttichai faces charges related to "mai thuy" and will have to undergo a process of rehab in accordance with the law.
