After the above noisy incident, on December 23, speaking to the press, Mr. Ho Sy Dung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Truong Thi Ward, Vinh City (Nghe An) said that Dr Han Premium Aesthetic Institute (No. 72, Nguyen Van Cu) in the area had stopped operating. The reason is that this facility had many violations, operating not in accordance with the licensed expertise.

After investigation, on November 27, the Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee issued a decision to fine 25 million VND along with a measure to suspend operations for 4.5 months for this beauty facility due to violations in service activities.

Specifically, this facility uses drugs, substances, and equipment to intervene in the human body (Meso injection, laser) to change skin color (skin, lips, face), tattoo, spray, embroider on the skin using injectable anesthetics at facilities that are not hospitals with cosmetic specialties; cosmetic clinics or other medical examination and treatment facilities with specialized scope of activities in cosmetic specialties.

The representative of this beauty salon admitted the violations and pledged to stop all activities not listed in the business license and comply with the penalty decisions. However, since receiving the penalty decision, this salon has continued to operate. As of December 21, the above beauty salon has closed.

Regarding the above incident, speaking with Vietnamnet, "At the end of November, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Truong Thi Ward said, "The People's Committee of Vinh City has drawn up a record of administrative fines and suspended operations due to violations, but after that, this cosmetic institute still operated. Currently, Dr. Han Cosmetic Institute is forced to close."

Previously, on December 18, a 1-minute clip spread on social media, recording a woman with many scars on her face, sitting on the ground crying in front of DR Han International Aesthetic Institute.

After the above image was posted, it caused a stir and discussion among many people. Many people suspected that the woman had come to "demand compensation" after having her beauty done at this facility. However, some people thought that it was possible that this person was sitting here making a scene, attracting attention to bring down the beauty salon because the scars on her face did not look like scars from cosmetic surgery.

Regarding the above images, on the same afternoon, DHP beauty salon spoke up to clarify the whole incident. According to this salon, the woman sitting and crying in front of the beauty salon door was a customer who was undergoing treatment there. However, this "whitewashing" action was not at all to demand compensation but was due to a conflict in paying for the treatment being performed.

To clarify the information and avoid misunderstandings, Dr Han Cosmetic Institute would like to make a specific correction as follows: "This customer had previously registered for a scar treatment course, but had not paid in full and promised to complete it the next time. On December 18, the customer returned to continue the course but had not paid the remaining cost. The staff at DH still created conditions for the customer to undergo the second treatment session. At the end of the treatment session, the staff notified and reminded the customer to pay in full before continuing the course. However, the customer did not agree, leading to an overreaction and causing disorder at the facility."

In addition, the beauty salon also confirmed that after 2 treatment sessions, the scar condition of the above customer showed signs of improvement. At the same time, the beauty salon also shared the customer's before and after treatment photos as evidence. According to the beauty salon representative, immediately after the noisy incident, the facility reported the disorderly behavior to the authorities.

Immediately afterwards, Vinh City Police also explained to the woman that her actions of crying and causing disorder were completely wrong and affected the business of this beauty facility. At the same time, the functional forces in Vinh City stepped in to inspect and handle the case according to regulations.
