During the investigation, the Ministry of Public Security identified the defendants with criminal signs of producing counterfeit goods as food and deceiving customers.

Earlier on the afternoon of March 14, the Department of Broadcasting and Electronic Information (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) invited Nguyen Thi Thai Hang (Hang Du Muc), Pham Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlogs), Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien to work to clarify the level of participation in livestream sessions selling Kera candies and vegetable products.
