(born in 1944, Chin's mothe.r); Mr. B.V.M. (born in 1988, younger brother); Ms. B.T.M. (born in 1989, is Mr. M.'s wif.e). As a result, Ms. B.T.M. died on the spot, Mr. B.V.M. and Ms. B.T.B. were seriously injured and taken to the hospital for treatment in critical condition.

However, Mr. Quan's parents left the land to their children but did not have a will, so since Ms. M.'s husband was alive, there had been conflicts between Ms. M.'s family and Mr. Quan due to land disputes.

In 2020, when Ms. M.'s husband died, conflicts related to land continued to arise between her sister-in-law and her brother-in-law, Mr. Quan. At about 11 a.m. on June 20, 2024, Mr. Quan told his daughter, Ms. B. (SN 2004), to go to Ms. M.'s house together to hold the ladder for Mr. Quan to climb, and use paint to write on the wall the words "Land is avoiding" on the wall of Ms. M.'s house.

A person who came to see Ms. M.'s house for real estate transactions saw on the wall of the homeowner's house the above inscription and reported it to the real estate broker. The incident reached Ms. M.'s ears, so in the afternoon of the same day, Ms. M. and her nephew went to Mr. Quan's house to talk, when a quarrel occurred between Ms. M. and Mr. Quan.
