From the inspection and review, the Investigative Agency has verified and resolved the case that occurred on January 2, 2023. The investigation results determined that at about 22:05 on January 2, 2023, at N's house, N.V.H's grandson (born in 2017) was N's biological child who died in the toilet. Based on the collected documents and evidence, the police determined that subject N had committed an act of committing an act with H's son, for the purpose of making insurance profits.

It is worth noting that in the post, there was an account named Y.H who commented "Come on, don't lie" when she saw the defendant sharing a tattoo showing her love for her husband and children. Very quickly, netizens thought that this woman was well aware of the defendant's "cruel" behavior, so she left such a comment.

However, according to the sharing of the Y.H account, she and the defendant have an acquaintance, so they once left a "teasing" comment. I didn't know that Mrs. N was involved with her 2 children as many people talked about. "It's been 3 years, friends, you know me for commenting and teasing you, but I don't know anything," Y.H account explained.

Previously, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich T (born 1989; residing in Ha Lam town, Thang Binh district) - Ms. H's biological aunt - who went to report to the police at the time of Ms. H's death in 2023 said that her grandson's death had many unusual things. Ms. T said that in 2021, when Ms. N's youngest child died, the family did not think anything of it, thinking that it was just a risk. However, when Ms. H died, Ms. Tam saw that there were too many unusual things, so she reported to the police for investigation.

According to Ms. T, before Ms. T's brother (i.e. Ms. N's husband) died, Ms. N was inherently playful and lazy. In 2019, Ms. T's brother died, leaving Ms. N a 7-seater passenger car and a house, but after a while, Ms. N sold both the car and the house for money.

The paternal family gave Ms. N's 2 children a piece of land worth more than 700 million VND on the market, but at the end of 2024, Ms. N also seduced and sold it cheaply for more than 400 million VND.

In 2021, after the youngest child died, Ms. N received an insurance payment of more than 2 billion VND. With money in hand, Mrs. N plays, is often away from home, and pays little attention to her children. Mrs. T is the one who directly takes care of Mrs. N's 3 children. In which, Mrs. H is taken home by Mrs. T to her grandfather's side to raise and take her to school.

After a long time, Mrs. N came home and asked Mrs. H to go home to sleep for a night, and then Mrs. N was away again.
