Talking to the press, Mr. Bach Van Huong, a representative of Hien Huong Cooperative is one of the units participating in organizing the program, affirming that this is not an event to promote the tourism culture of Hoa Binh city.

The program is jointly organized by private producers, not an event promoted by the local government as information spreads on social networks.

According to Mr. Huong, on March 26, this unit made an official letter to the city government and relevant departments to organize the program. By March 30, the units had organized the program even though they had not received a written reply.
