On July 7, H.B.'s account continued to post the above 2 videos on his personal Facebook.

Through work, D.H.H. admitted that the scene was filmed in the area of Ward 9, Vinh Long City and was filmed by another female friend.

At the meeting, H. explained the purpose of posting the video to joke, but then realized that this act violated the law, so he removed it.

H. said: "I posted this video for the original purpose of joking, but after posting it, I realized that this behavior was wrong and violated the law, so I took it down. I also hope that young people do not drive vehicles, film and then post on social networks to "hook" to interact or joke."

The Vinh Long City Police has decided to sanction administrative violations against D.H.H. for 3 errors, including: Letting go of both hands while driving the car; Sitting on one side of the vehicle and Driving the vehicle without the rearview mirror to the driver's left or with but no effect, with a total fine of more than 14 million VND.

H. was also deprived of his driving license for 3 months and temporarily impounded the vehicle for 7 days.

The above incident reminded people of Ngoc Trinh's incident last year.

Ngoc Trinh does not have a driver's license with a displacement of 175 cc or more (equal to class A2), but Trinh discussed with Tran Xuan Dong to prepare a large displacement motorcycle, choose a place to drive. On October 19, 2023, Ngoc Trinh and Dong were arrested and detained and confessed to all criminal acts.

By February 2, 2024, the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City in the first instance sentenced the defendant Tran Thi Ngoc Trinh to 1 year in prison but gave her a suspended sentence for the crime of "disturbing public order", and at the same time the court declared the defendant free in court if the defendant did not commit any other crimes.

The People's Council said that the act of disrupting public order of Ngoc Trinh and Dong is dangerous to society, threatening the safety of other people's lives and health, causing insecurity and order in the locality; the act of using fake documents of Dong's agencies and organizations also infringes on the order of state administrative management and the normal operation of agencies and organizations.

Ngoc Trinh said that she regretted her subjective thinking and lack of legal knowledge, so the defendant had to pay the price with scars and wounds for herself.

"Because of the momentary outbursts, the defendant has committed misdeeds without knowing it. The defendant always wants himself to comply with the provisions of the law. In this incident, the defendant did not intentionally, did not know, but violated the law," Ngoc Trinh said the last word.
