At about 5:00 a.m. on the same day, Ms. Q. received news that H. was in an accident. "At first, everyone just said that the accident was lying in the hospital. When I arrived, I saw that my c.hild's limbs were purple, at that time I knew that he did not survive," Ms. Q. choked up.
