A leader of the Hanoi City Police said that the functional forces are investigating and arresting the subject of the murder of the 22-year-old girl, which occurred in Ngoc Thuy ward, Long Bien district (Hanoi).

Through verification, the victim was T.Q.H. (born in 2002, in Hang Ma ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi). On the morning of July 3, H. went to a friend's birthday with her boyfriend. But due to friction, the subjects were stalking when H. and her boyfriend went out and used guns. As a result, victim H. died.

Relatives and some people around H.'s house said that H.'s family has 3 mothers and children living together. Normally, H. is very obedient, polite and rarely sees the girl going out late. On the evening before the incident, H. asked her mother, Mrs. Q., to attend a friend's birthday.

Recounting the time when H. asked to go to the birthday until she received the news of her daughter's accident, Ms. Q. hurriedly wiped away her tears and shared: "Last night (3/7), H. asked me to go to the birthday of a friend and my lover, so I agreed. Late in the evening, I didn't see my daughter coming home, so I called H.

At that time, he said that he would be late, I hesitated for a while, then agreed and advised him to come home early. After that, I turned off the phone and went to sleep."

At about 5:00 a.m. on the same day, Ms. Q. received news that H. was in an accident. "At first, everyone just said that the accident was lying in the hospital. When I arrived, I saw that my child's limbs were purple, at that time I knew that he did not survive," Ms. Q. choked up.

Before the death of her daughter, Mrs. Q. cried in pain and said: "I left so unjustly, I saw you laughing and talking happily last night, why did you leave your mother now. I'm still too young, I still have many dreams that haven't been realized, why did this happen to me?"

Sitting next to Ms. Q. was Mr. V. (H.'s biological brother) trying to suppress the pain, his eyes were red. Mr. V. said: "I watched football last night, so I slept until almost morning. He had just taken a nap when he heard the phone ring. When I heard the phone, I knew that my sister was in an accident and was in an emergency at the hospital."

Receiving the news, Mr. V. quickly went to the hospital. Here, Mr. V. was informed that H. did not pass, causing the man to collapse on the spot. After that, Mr. V. called everyone in the family.

Before the above incident, Ms. Q.'s family hopes that the authorities will quickly investigate, verify and clarify the case before H's death.

After only 1 working day, the Hanoi Police said that they had arrested a suspect. This person was arrested while in another province and was transferred to Hanoi to serve the investigation.

Following the incident, Lawyer Nguyen Anh Thom (Head of Nguyen Anh Law Office, Hanoi Bar Association) said that human life is the most noble thing. All acts of infringing on the life and health of others illegally will be strictly handled.

Considering the subject's criminal behavior, just because of the conflict at the birthday party, the suspect prepared a gun and shot the victim Q.H, making her not survive. This act is enough to constitute the crime of causing death.

Crimes and penalties are specified at Point n, Clause 1, Article 123 of the Criminal Code. In addition, the Investigation Agency will look at the behavior of the subject using homemade guns. This is a very dangerous weapon when fired at close ranges.

The lawyer said that if the results of the examination of the iron balls on the victim's body were fired from a homemade weapon with the same features and effects as military weapons, the subject must be criminally responsible for the crime of Possession of military weapons according to the provisions of Article 304 of the Criminal Code.

With the drastic direction of the Director of Hanoi City Police, the main task force is the Criminal Investigation Team of the Criminal Investigation Department, Long Bien District Police and professional units, the perpetrators of the crime will definitely have to be punished and strictly handled in accordance with the law for the peace of Hanoi Capital.
