During the probationary period, with a remuneration of 2.5 million VND/month, Vinh was assigned to manage (Mod) the column "Playing in the North", participate in censoring and editing articles of members of the column.

After 2 years, Vinh was "promoted", managing all Mods below. In addition to management tasks, Vinh is also assigned the right to recruit and organize activities to expand the forum.

This man drafted a set of rules, urging the operation of the Mods under his command. Management members will edit and upload sensitive videos, images, and stories to the forum to attract more people.

Managers operating under Vinh's management include: Truong Gia Huy (born 1993, residing in Ho Chi Minh City); Pham Van Hieu (born 1986, residing in Lai Chau province); Nguyen Binh Duong (born 1986, residing in Vinh Long province); Ly Chi Quan (born 1991, residing in Tien Giang province); Phan Thanh Tien (born 1988, residing in Ca Mau province); Do Xuan Khai (born 1996, residing in Dak Lak province); Nguyen Phuc Nghia (born 2002, residing in Long An province); Nguyen Thi Huong Quynh (born 1992) and Nguyen Manh Cuong (born 1988), both residing in Hai Phong city).

The salaries of these people are paid by the "Old Buddhist" via e-wallet based on the evaluation results of Nguyen Duc Vinh.

Up to the time of being destroyed by the Nghe An Provincial Police, Vinh had spread 12.9GB of sensitive content on the forum "Thiendia2.cc" and the Telegram group "Blue Floor Cinema". The amount of money this man illegally profited was more than 360 million VND.

The remaining Mods, according to the management level and time of participation, make illicit profits from a few tens of millions of VND to more than 200 million VND. There were 2 people, Cuong and Nghia, who refused to receive remuneration.

At the trial, the defendants expressed their awareness that their behavior was wrong, sincerely admitted the offense, hoping to receive leniency from the law.

Defendant Vinh said that he had a rare disease and had limited mobility since 1996. The amount of more than 360 million VND illegally profited from criminal acts, Vinh used most of it to buy treatment drugs.

Objectively and comprehensively considering the case as well as aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the Trial Panel sentenced Nguyen Duc Vinh and Truong Gia Huy to 48 months in prison each.

The remaining defendants received from 21 months in prison but were given suspended sentences of up to 39 months in prison.

In this case, the defendant Trinh Anh Tuan was seriously ill and was being treated, so Tuan's behavior was separated into a separate case and tried later.
