A student studying at Hue University's Center for Defense and Security Education wrote that the situation of students suffering from hunger with meals at this center was completely described. Many students reflected on the poor quality of the meal.

Regarding this disturbing reflection, Colonel Nguyen Xuan Thien - Deputy Director of the Center for Defense and Security Education (Hue University) said that the Center for Defense and Security Education is currently training nearly 1,300 students.

Regarding the preparation of meals for students studying here, the leader said that the center also signed a contract with an external unit to cook meals for students. The source said that the kitchen always presents the menu for weekly moderation (each meal consists of 2 savory dishes, 1 soup and 1 vegetable).

According to Mr. Thien, after feedback, this unit worked with the catering unit and convened a meeting of companies to find out the cause and reality of the incident: "We tried very hard but to satisfy the taste of all nearly 1,300 students in the course was very difficult. At the meeting, some students also apologized to the center for inadequate reflections on social media," Colonel Thien emphasized.

It is known that all students who are pursuing regular university programs at member schools of Hue University must complete the National Defense Education program, studying at the Center for Defense and Security Education, Phu Bai Ward, Huong Thuy Town, Thua Thien - Hue Province.

The duration of the study is about 3-4 weeks. Students before going to school must pay tuition fees, meals and some other expenses as prescribed. During the learning process, students can eat centrally in the cafeteria area of the center.
