On these closed groups, Thai posts newspaper links, photos, names, codes, years of birth, height, weight, 3-round measurements and prices to have fun with the girls.
What sentences will the subjects be dealt with?
Regarding this case, from a legal perspective, lawyer Dinh Thi Nguyen, Director of Dai Dong A Law Firm, Hanoi Bar Association said that "buying and selling flowers" is prohibited in Vietnam.
Buyers, depending on the nature and seriousness of their violations, shall be administratively sanctioned in the form of warnings or fines. Those who purchase minors or know they are infected with HIV and knowingly transmit the disease to others shall be examined for criminal liability.
Lawyer Nguyen also said that in case the investigation results show that the amount of ill-gotten profits is VND 500,000,000 or more, Nguyen Huu Thai can be prosecuted at the maximum penalty frame of this crime which is imprisonment of 7 years to 15 years. All ill-gotten gains will be seized to be deposited into the State coffers.
Lawyer Nguyen also said that the Board of Directors will also clarify the identity of the visiting girls, clarify the behavior of these girls to handle in accordance with the law. If it is only an act of selling, not enticing others to participate will be administratively sanctioned. If any flower girl still introduces and leads others, she will be prosecuted for criminal liability for "brokering".
