At the same time, the People's Committee of Bot Xuyen commune invited Mr. Le Minh Hoang to work.

According to the leader of the People's Committee of H. My Duc, the district is waiting for official reports from the above two communes. In the immediate future, Mr. Hoang apologized for publishing the documents. Mr. Hoang admitted his mistake and asked to withdraw the documents he sent.

According to Mr. Hoang, during the meeting, he was emphasized by the authorities that anything related to unverified red marks should not be posted on social networks.

"Regarding my report, they asked me where I could get the detailed numbers on reducing crop damage for the My Thanh Cooperative farmers. I said because I love the farmers, I went to the field to lie down and watch the wind. "At what time did the rice fall? From then on, I was able to record the time like that," Mr. Hoang said.

Also according to Mr. Hoang, the authorities explained to him that whether this year's natural disasters are reduced compared to the previous year or not must be verified by scientific agencies, and the cooperative director alone cannot. Therefore, Mr. Hoang admitted his mistake and was asked to withdraw the reported documents related to the seal of My Thanh Agricultural Cooperative.

Regarding praying for rain for Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Le Minh Hoang informed that the places he sent the introductory letter from Dr. Nguyen Hoang Diep, Director of the Center for Translation, Cultural Services and Science - Technology of the Union Association of Vietnam Science and Technology Associations about the ability to pray for rain, so far all have said they are waiting for leadership's opinions.

When asked: "Why do you have to wait for an invitation from the local government to pray for rain for Ho Chi Minh City?", Mr. Hoang said he was worried that if he went on his own without local support It could be dangerous for thousands of people to come out to watch.

"I didn't set up a group to pray for rain, but I just asked the government to send officials to take me to a few places to ask people's opinions. After returning, I prayed for rain. I recited prayers for drought-stricken areas. I don't ask for anything more. I just ask people to calm down when they see me asking for rain and not rush out into the streets," Mr. Hoang shared.

Representatives of the local government acknowledged that perhaps coming from a purely agricultural homeland with mainly wet rice cultivation, the above incident arose.

"The district is assigning the internal affairs and religious affairs agency to further review the incident. In particular, in the case of Mr. Thanh signing and stamping the Cooperative's seal on Mr. Hoang's document, we will have appropriate handling," the leader said. People's Committee director H.
