Binh "Kiem" also does not have a tattoo on his body like other brothers and sisters, but is known to be a "cold" person, often carrying military weapons when committing crimes.

According to the CSHS Department, this is a typical case in the struggle against organized and transnational criminal gangs. The subjects in the special case are all criminal subjects, stubborn, with many criminal records, criminal records, aggressive and reckless acts, using military weapons to commit crimes in Laos and Vietnam.
