Binh "Kiem" does not drink alcohol, smoke, does not participate in bad activities, and has very limited social interactions. Binh "Kiem" also does not have a tattoo on his body like other brothers and sisters, but is known to be a "cold" person, often carrying military weapons when committing crimes.

Colonel Le Khac Son - Head of the Arbitration Department of the Criminal Investigation Department said that implementing the motto of prevention early and remotely, with the spirit of resolutely blocking the supply of weapons from abroad, preventing smuggled weapons from entering Vietnam, not letting weapons fall into the hands of criminals, especially not to let the subjects commit criminal acts, the CSHS Department has reported to the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Arbitration Division to preside over the struggle and destruction of the Binh "Kiem" gang.

According to the CSHS Department, this is a typical case in the struggle against organized and transnational criminal gangs. The subjects in the special case are all criminal subjects, stubborn, with many criminal records, criminal records, aggressive and reckless acts, using military weapons to commit crimes in Laos and Vietnam.
