Regarding the reason why Hang went to China and then went missing, the family said that the girl was psychologically stable and then asked.
At Tan Son Nhat Airport (Ho Chi Minh City), the girl's mother said she was very nervous and happy to find her daughter again. She expressed her gratitude to the online community for spreading the information, as well as the authorities at all levels in Vietnam and China for their support in the search process.
"If I can't find my child, I probably won't be able to live," she choked up.
Previously, Mr. Luu Xuong Mang (Song Nhan commune, Cam My district, Dong Nai) reported to the local authorities and the District 1 Police (Ho Chi Minh City) about the loss of contact with Luu Ngoc Hang's daughter for many days.
According to information from the family, on the occasion of the last Lunar New Year, Hang reported that his family stayed in Ho Chi Minh City to work part-time to earn money to pay tuition fees for the next term. In the days that followed, the family tried to contact Hang but no one answered the phone. Thinking that the child is busy working, the family has no doubts.
However, after Tet, the family went to Ho Chi Minh City to look for Hang, but the dormitory manager said that the female student had left the dormitory since January 21 (December 22) and had not returned. After that, the family received information from the authorities that this female student was in China.
After that, Hang posted information on his personal page to reassure family, friends and the online community.
"I am the one who is involved in the recent public opinion incident. I am currently in China very safe. Please don't believe unorthodox rumors." - the female student shared.
She also urged people not to continue spreading false information, affecting their personal lives: "Please don't continue to spread and share rumors anymore. This will affect my life."
