According to the content of the clip, the traffic police soldier constantly shouted, called "you, me", asked the gir.l if she knew Vietnamese and asked to insert the key into the car. Meanwhile, the gir.l told the traffic police soldier to call her friend to ask for a loan.

After receiving the information, PC08 asked the police officers and units involved in the case to report. According to the report, at around 18:30 on February 7, the patrol team of Tan Tuc Traffic Station measured alcohol concentration at Nguyen Van Linh roundabout, Binh Chanh district.

At this time, the working group discovered that the gir.l driving a motorbike on Le Kha Phieu Street (direction of Nguyen Huu Tri to Long An) entered the prohibited road at Nguyen Van Linh roundabout, so she asked to stop the vehicle for inspection.

In the process of working, the violator did not cooperate, but used his phone to record and call others, creating a sense of urgency for officials. Due to a lack of emotional restraint, a traffic police soldier had non-standard words as reflected in the clip. Therefore, PC08 has issued a decision to suspend the above soldier for a definite period of time to verify, clarify and handle according to regulations.

In the clip, the traffic officer constantly shouted: "Are you deaf? Is it deaf or not? Plug in the key, do you understand Vietnamese? What am I telling you, do you understand... You are electric. You're kidding me." After the conversation, this officer pulled out the keys to the gir.l's motorbike and left.
