The identities of the deceased victims include: NVT, NVTh., MTH, residing in Xuan Lai commune, Yen Binh district; LMC, residing in Yen Binh commune, Yen Binh district; PXT, Thinh Hung commune, Yen Binh district; PhD, NDM, residing in Yen Bai city.

The 3 injured people being treated at the hospital are NVT, residing in Tan Nguyen commune, Yen Binh district; PhD, residing in Dai Dong commune, Yen Binh district and PNL, residing in Viet Cuong commune, Tran Yen district. According to information from the hospital, the victims all suffered minor injuries, not life-threatening.
