Case of girl murdered at Bac Ninh fashion shop: Suspect passes away, revealing more surprising information

After nearly 2 days of active searching, on the morning of October 19, the authorities found the body of suspect Nguyen Van Hiep (Born in 1986, in Trung Thanh commune, Pho Yen city, Thai Nguyen).

Hiep is the suspect who murdered Ms. P. at a clothing store in the city. Bac Ninh and ended his life at Thanh Tri bridge, on the afternoon of October 17.

It is known that the suspect was discovered by the authorities at 6:00 a.m. on October 19, on the bank of the Red River in Kim Lan commune, Gia Lam district, Hanoi, about 5km from Thanh Tri bridge.

Previously, on the afternoon of October 17, at a clothing store on Tran Hung Dao street, Dai Phuc ward, Bac Ninh city, Ms. Ngo Thi P., 27 years old, from Dai Tu district, Thai Nguyen province, was an employee. A salesperson at the store was attacked by a young man and died. After committing the crime, the suspect fled the scene.

Through investigation, police identified the suspect as Nguyen Van Hiep, 37 years old, from Pho Yen city, Thai Nguyen province.

According to witness testimony, Hiep many times came to meet Ms. P. at the store at noon. On the afternoon of October 17, Hiep went to the store to meet Ms. P. During the conversation, the two had a conflict and quarreled. Hiep then caused the victim to die on the spot.

Immediately after receiving the news, the Director of Bac Ninh Provincial Police directed the Criminal Police Department and Criminal Technical Department of the Provincial Police to coordinate with Bac Ninh City Police to examine the scene and arrest the suspect.

Nearly 2 hours after the subject committed the crime, police found Hiep's car parked on Thanh Tri bridge, Hanoi. Here, the authorities confiscated Hiep's mobile phone and leather wallet with identification documents.

A local leader in Hiep's hometown said this person was married to a wife from Tuyen Quang, had 2 children together and was separated. Suspect Nguyen Van Hiep used to do business, went bankrupt, had conflicts with his parents, separated from his wife and went to Bac Ninh to work as a taxi driver.

It is known that Hiep and victim P have been in a relationship for 3 years. Ms. P is a single mother with a 4-year-old child.

Focusing on verification and investigation activities, at 11:00 p.m. on October 14, professional units of Hanoi Police coordinated with Thai Binh Provincial Police to detect and arrest the suspect, Ta Duy Khanh (born in 1985, hometown Kien Xuong, Thai Binh) in Thai Binh.

According to a leader of the People's Committee of Hong Thai commune, suspect Ta Duy Khanh has a wife and children. Khanh's entire family and parents live in Hanoi and rarely return home. The subject is a person who has no criminal record.

Also according to the leader, before being rounded up, the suspect hid in an empty house. When he saw the police coming, Khanh tried to end his life but failed and was taken to the emergency room.

As for victim HYN, according to information obtained by Lao Dong, the victim was identified as a runner-up in the Miss Vietnam Ao Dai contest.
