According to initial information, at around 6:30 p.m. on June 15, a male driver was driving a Jeep on Kinh Duong Vuong Street, heading from Mien Tay Bus Station to National Highway 1. When the car was approaching the Sinco intersection (An Lac Ward), the car suddenly crashed into the median strip, then lost control and veered into the motorbike lane, hitting several pedestrians.

The car only stopped when it rolled a motorbike under it and onto the sidewalk. After the incident, the driver and a passenger fled the scene. At the scene, the median strip was deformed and lying in disarray, two motorbikes were badly damaged, and the car also suffered significant damage.
