At the same time, a wanted notice was issued for Lam Thanh Trung (born 2001, alias Trung "ngong"). The seized evidence included about 17 kg of various banned substances.

According to investigation documents, in January 2023, detectives from PC04 discovered a group of people illegally using banned substances. Police determined that Phan Minh Trung (born in 1993, Binh Chanh District) had signs of buying and selling banned substances in large quantities. Trung also lured his younger brother, Phan Minh Hieu (born in 2000, District 8), to resell them to many other drug addicts.

The Trung - Hieu brothers' effective assistants in drug dealing were Duong Quoc Thang (born 2001, District 8) and Nguyen Tan Dat (born 2001, Binh Tan District). Investigation documents recorded that the Trung - Hieu brothers supplied a lot of drugs to other gang members to resell to drug addicts for profit.

Notably, expanding the investigation, the police identified the leader of this ring as Lam Thanh Trung (also known as Trung with a lisp, born in 2001, District 8). The source of the banned substances was from Cambodia. Despite his young age, Trung was very sophisticated and cunning, using many deceitful tricks to deal with the police.

In particular, Lam Thanh Trung rarely appeared in public and only operated from afar, but the scale of his activities was very large, spread across districts in Ho Chi Minh City, mainly concentrated in District 4, District 8, Binh Tan, Tan Phu... In which, Trung supplied banned substances to Nguyen Luu Duc Hoa (born in 1998) and Mai Le Chi Hieu (born in 1995, both residing in District 8).

In addition, Lam Thanh Trung also has a young girlfriend named Nguyen Be Vi (DJ Be Vi, born in 1996, residing in District 11). Be Vi is a powerful assistant in his illegal business.

After taking the banned substances from Trung, Hoa and Hieu would send Au Ngoc Thuy (born in 1973, residing in District 3), Mai Tan Phat (born in 1961, District 8) and Nguyen Hoang Long (born in 1991, Binh Chanh District) to deliver them to their subordinate agents. Thuy would disguise herself as a street vendor and motorbike taxi driver; Long would disguise himself as a technology taxi driver.

Each time, Thuy and Long traded from 1kg to 2kg of banned substances. Chau My Nhu (born in 1996, living in Tan Phu district) was the one who took banned substances from Hoa and Hieu, amounting to dozens of kilograms.

At the end of October 2023, the task force raided an apartment in Tan Phu district to arrest Nhu and seized 14kg of banned substances. At the same time, many other task forces coordinated with the police of districts such as: 4, 8, Binh Tan, Tan Phu to arrest 13 subjects and seize many banned substances.

At the police station, the group confessed to their crimes. The seized evidence included 17kg of various banned substances. During the investigation, the police prosecuted and detained 19 defendants for the crime of "Illegal trading and possession of banned substances".

Because Trung "ngong" has escaped, Ho Chi Minh City Police have issued a special nationwide wanted notice for this suspect.

DJ Be Vi, nicknamed Vi Milk, is known to have a TikTok channel with more than 219,000 followers. Her TikTok clips have tens of thousands to nearly 15 million views.

Vi Milk was born in Ben Tre, many clips have been nicknamed "child DJ" by netizens. This person has a slim, slender, white body and is considered hot. She is not too famous, but is known by many partygoers, young people in Ho Chi Minh City and some southern provinces when playing music at medium-sized bars.

On social media, DJ Bé Vi posted about building a house for her mother, building a room for her mother to rent out and take care of her mother. The female DJ born in 1996 also proudly showed off that although she only studied until grade 10, she raised her younger sister to go to university and graduated with honors in Medicine and Pharmacy at Hong Bang University.

Besides clips showing off her charm, female DJ Be Vi also posts charity photos, giving money to the elderly at nursing homes.
