Indian female doctor said 1 sentence before being mass murdered, parents revealed strange details

Regarding the case of a female doctor being murdered by a group of people that has shocked public opinion in India and the world in recent days, in a recent sharing, her parents revealed many special details.

Accordingly, the mother said she had spoken to her daughter a few hours before her accident. Just before hanging up, the female doctor told her mother: "Remember to remind dad to take his medicine on time, don't worry about me."

Everything was normal until the next day, the mother tried to contact her daughter but she did not answer the phone.

Also that morning (August 9), the female doctor was discovered in the hall with many injuries. A suspect was arrested shortly after.

The incident has caused outrage among the entire Indian people, with a series of protests taking place in major cities. Many doctors have gone on strike and taken to the streets to protest, calling for justice for the deceased as well as better working conditions for doctors and medical staff in hospitals. Medical services in many localities have fallen into a state of crisis and stagnation.

"At 62, all my dreams were shattered," the female doctor's father told the BBC.

The incident occurred on the night of August 9, when the female intern went to the conference room to rest after a tiring 36-hour shift. Her parents still remember their only daughter who worked extremely hard and made great efforts to fulfill her dream of becoming a doctor.

"We come from a lower middle-class background and built everything ourselves. When she was young, we struggled financially," said the doctor's father, a tailor.

His living room was littered with the tools of his trade—a sewing machine, spools of thread, an iron, and scraps of fabric strewn across the floor. At one point, the father added, the family didn’t even have the money to buy pomegranates, their daughter’s favorite fruit.

"But she never asked for anything.

People used to say, you will never be able to raise your daughter to become a doctor. But my daughter proved that to be completely wrong when she passed the entrance exam to a public medical school," he said in tears.

Meanwhile, the mother remembered the image of her daughter writing in her diary every night before going to bed. "She wrote that she wanted to get a good medical degree, wanted a better life and wanted to take care of us," she said softly.

And the female intern always tries to do those things.

Her father, a patient with high blood pressure, said his daughter always reminded him to take his medicine on time.

Her parents also said that the female doctor's marriage was almost ready, but tragedy struck and destroyed everything.

They still can't believe something so terrible could happen to their daughter at the place she worked. "The hospital is supposed to be a safe place," the father said.

Her parents said her death had brought back memories of a 2012 incident in which a 22-year-old physiotherapist trainee was gang-raped on a moving bus in the capital Delhi. She died of her injuries.

The incident sent shockwaves around the world and sparked weeks of protests. India has since tightened its laws against sexual violence. But the number of reported cases continues to rise, and access to justice remains a challenge for women.

Union Health Minister JP Nadda has assured doctors that he will introduce stringent measures to ensure greater safety in their working environment.

But for the female doctor's parents, it was too late.

"We want the perpetrator to receive the most severe punishment," the father said.

"People all over the country and all over the world are demanding justice for our daughter."
