A day earlier, police checked and found traces of people climbing over a corrugated iron fence into the lemon orchard behind her home. Later, the police found that in another section of the corrugated iron wall there were footprints that climbed out and went into the forest..."

Mrs. T (the owner of the water bar, who confronted the suspect) said that around 4 p.m. on January 6, a man riding a motorcycle with license plate number 59S2-980.98 came to her water bar to buy 5 bottles of mineral water, 7 bottles of soft drinks, 2 packs of cigarettes. This person wears a helmet and mask leaving only 2 eyes.

After making the purchase and paying, the man continued to ask her to sell another bottle of chilled soft drink and sit in front of the shop to drink. Mrs T then saw the man pull down his mask and sit down to rest.

According to the female owner, through conversation, this man said that he went to work in Ho Chi Minh City. HCM but unemployed, recently returned to his hometown. While returning to Ho Chi Minh City. HCM stopped by the bar for a drink. He said he didn't have a wife and wanted to find a company.

"About 30 minutes later, when criminal detectives arrived at the bar and showed the suspect's picture, I realized that the customer who had been drinking just now was the one who did it," Ms T said.

Before the suspect came to hide in his area, Mr. D (63 years old, Luong Hoa commune) said that there were 2 cameras around his house before, but when the incident happened, he had to call someone to install 1 more camera as a precaution. "I'm older, I have to worry about my family's security, what if the suspect does something bad to his family," he said.

According to the police of Long An province, in addition to searching the forest, officers also used sniffer dogs and drones to trace. Soldiers are on duty day and night on duty, determined to catch the villain.
