In the afternoon of June 3, the Department of Cyber Security and High-tech Crime Prevention of Thua Thien - Hue province said that the unit has just cooperated with the Department of Information and Communications, Huong Tho Commune Police (Hue City) to work with Mr. Nguyen Van T. (SN 1990, residing in Thanh Tuyen commune, Dau Tieng district, Binh Duong Province). Accordingly, Mr. T. was invited by the functional forces to work to consolidate his dossier and administratively sanctioned for posting videos of "headlines", "views", false information about the security and order situation in the locality related to Mr. Thich Minh Tue.

Functional forces of Thua Thien - Hue province determined that the Youtube channel "15s Binh Duong" was created from March 28, 2023 managed by Mr. T. At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van T. was aware that he posted videos with titles and cover photos showing "headlines", "views", false information about the local ANTT where Mr. Thich Minh Tue passed such as: "toang", "extremely tense"; some of the content is a bit superstitious...

Specifically, on June 2, the YouTube channel "15s Binh Duong" managed by Mr. T. posted a clip with the content: "Hue was broken, the police officer said this frankly when he saw Mr. Thich Minh Tue passing"; "The terrible C.A. forces blocked all vehicles as Thich Minh Tue passed." On June 3, the channel continued to post a clip that read: "The local sister tells me where he is, extremely tense."

Mr. T. said that from May 23, from Binh Duong to Song Gianh (Quang Binh) to follow the delegation of "monk Thich Minh Tue". In the process, this YouTuber filmed and uploaded to the YouTube channel "15s Binh Duong" to attract viewers. On average, Mr. T. uploads 10-12 videos per day, the average duration is about 8-30 minutes, attracting 3,000-120,000 views.

The posting of these contents has caused panic among the people, created curiosity and curiosity, leading to large gatherings, obstructing traffic, adversely affecting the security situation.

Mr. T. wrote the report and begged for assurances not to recur and to be dealt with in accordance with law. The Inspectorate of the Department of Information and Communications of Thua Thien - Hue province has made a record of sanctioning administrative violations against Mr. Nguyen Van T. in the amount of VND 7.5 million as prescribed at Point d, Clause 1, Article 101 of Decree No. 15 of 2020, amended and supplemented in Decree No. 14 of 2022.

Mr. Le Van Thin, Chairman of Huong Tho Commune People's Committee (HCMC) Hue), said that after "monk Thich Minh Tue" finished his walking journey, those who followed the alms caravan also dispersed.

Mr. Thich Minh Tue, born Le Anh Tu, is 43 years old. Between 2017 and 2023, he walked alms three times from south to north and vice versa. In 2024, for the fourth time, he will walk from Khanh Hoa province, following the main road to Cao Bang - Ha Giang and now going in the opposite direction.

During the return journey, many people followed, some livestreaming Tue's image. On May 30, the delegation arrived in Quang Tri in the middle of hot weather, the member of the delegation, Mr. Luong Thanh Son, 47 years old, suffered from heat stroke, multiple organ failure, gastrointestinal bleeding that led to his death. On June 2, two more women suffering from heat stroke and drowning were rescued.
