Seizing the opportunity, Lam Dong Provincial Police immediately coordinated closely with the Traffic Police Department, Immigration Department, Lien Khuong Airport and other professional units to deploy a plan to "intercept" and block all escape routes of the subject.

As soon as the plane landed at Lien Khuong airport on the afternoon of June 17.
