Dak Lak: The crooks sneak into the bathroom, wait for the owner to go to bed and then control

In Dak Lak province, there has just been an unsuccessful robbery. Accordingly, a man sneaked into hiding in the bathroom of a residential house, plotting to control the owner to rob but was found to be arrested.

On April 7, the police of Cu Elang commune, Ea Kar district, Dak Lak province said they were continuing to take testimony and handle the man who broke into and controlled people for the purpose of taking property.

According to preliminary information, around 0:00 on the same day, Mr. P.V.H and his wife (from village 6B, Cu Elang commune) were fast asleep when a man rushed in and forced him to lie still.

Taken by surprise, Mr. H. promptly kicked the crook out and bounced up to resist. In the process, the landlord managed to control the crooks and call on neighbors to come to their aid. Hearing the shouting, nearby residents arrived at the scene along with the owner to tie up the crooks and inform the local authorities.

A PLO source said that through quick exploitation, the suspect gave his name as Ngo Thanh Tai. "Previously, Tai had a house in Cu Elang commune but has now moved to another place. When entering Mr. H's house, Tai prepared pepper spray, prepared many other tools but did not hold sharp objects," the source confirmed.

According to the source, because Mr. H. did not lock the door on the second floor, the suspect climbed the wall, climbed to the second floor and went down to the first floor with the intent to steal property. "At the scene, Tai testified that he had been hiding in Mr H's bathroom for about an hour. When Mr. H was fast asleep, Tai went into the bedroom to control him," the source told PLO.

Also in Dak Lak, on April 6, the Provincial Public Security Bureau prosecuted the accused, arresting and detaining Vu Quoc Son (43 years old) for 4 months in Thanh Nhat ward, Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province for investigation of murder. The victim was identified as Mr. P.T.C. (46) of the same ward.

According to the investigation, around 9am on March 15, Son drove a motorbike to an acquaintance's house in the same ward to eat. At about 10:30 on the same day, Mr. C. also came to play. Because he was tired of drinking, Son went to the chair in the living room to rest. Mr. C., seeing this, took a sharp object about 20cm long to scare him and asked Son: "Who did you ask to hit yesterday?"

Later, C. slapped Son in the face. Out of frustration, Son went to the kitchen and took a sharp object about 30cm long and brought it towards Mr. C. but did not hit. He continued to hold the sharp object, striking Mr. C. in the chest area, causing the victim to collapse on the spot. Seeing that Mr. C. was injured, Son and others around him took the victim to the emergency room.

However, due to his injuries, the victim died before reaching the hospital. According to the conclusion of the forensic examination, Mr. C. died of a penetrating wound to his left chest that punctured his heart resulting in acute circulatory failure due to blood loss. Currently, the authorities are continuing to investigate and handle the case in accordance with the law.

Also on April 6, the police of Thang Loi ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak province is continuing to verify the case of a taxi driver being beaten.

Earlier, on social media on April 5, a clip appeared of 1 taxi driver being affected by passengers. According to the post, when getting into the car, the elderly male passenger appeared intoxicated and repeatedly tried to fight with the driver.

After getting off, the male passenger opened the driver's side door and used his foot to impact the occupants. The incident only stopped when 1 man wearing a grab shirt intervened, covered the door with his body so that passengers could not hit the taxi driver.

After being physically affected, Mr. V.M.H. (the driver) went to the police of Thang Loi ward to report it. Soon after, the ward police invited those involved to work.
