In the evening the dogs were still barking but not barking in the morning, probably because they were tired. They are locked in cages in the sunshine looking very guilty. Thankfully, the residents here help take care of them, so the dogs are energized."

It is known that the girl named M.T.N.P. (35 years old) rented an apartment in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. HCM in December 2023. N.P. said: "There's no way I'm mistreating or abandoning dogs, I'm even loving them like my own. Since yesterday I have not been able to take care of the children (19 dogs) because I have to find a new home for them. I would like to thank the residents for their support in taking care of the dogs while I wasn't here.

They have completely cut off the water to my apartment since the beginning of March 3, making it very difficult for me to live. I knew I was doing something wrong, so I was willing to find a new place. However, they did not give me time to deal with personal matters."

On the morning of April 3, N.P. returned to his apartment building to arrange for 19 dogs and move his belongings elsewhere. A pet care unit in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City HCM reached out to take temporary care of the girl's 19 dogs. After negotiation, the unit will take care of N.P.'s 19 dogs for 1 week, after she has arranged accommodation, she will return to pick them up.
