According to the person who posted the clip, because the girl had 19 dogs in the house that affected the lives of everyone around her, the apartment manager forced her to leave.

In the video, the girl gets into an argument with the apartment manager about being forced to leave the apartment. Around the girl was a lot of furniture in the house to sprawl and especially 19 dogs kept in cages.

According to residents living in the same apartment complex, the girl has 19 dogs in the apartment, the sound of dogs barking often causes trouble for surrounding families. After much comment, on the afternoon of April 2, the girl and her dogs as well as the furniture in the house were all moved out into the yard.

On the evening of April 2, the girl returned to the apartment to argue some lease issues with the manager as well as pack up some necessary items and leave. However, the girl did not bring her 19 dogs, but sent them back to the apartment.

MC Minh Xu, a resident of this apartment, shared: "Since the evening of April 2, I have seen 19 dogs placed here and many people around. In the evening the dogs were still barking but not barking in the morning, probably because they were tired. They are locked in cages in the sunshine looking very guilty. Thankfully, the residents here help take care of them, so the dogs are energized."

It is known that the girl named M.T.N.P. (35 years old) rented an apartment in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. HCM in December 2023. Before that, 19 dogs had long been adopted by N.P. and had deep affection. Some time ago, the apartment manager asked N.P. to move the dogs elsewhere to continue housing because the sound of barking dogs made noise to people.

After that, the owner of the apartment did not want to lease to N.P. and unilaterally terminated the contract. The girl was upset that the owner didn't give N.P. enough time to move her belongings. When she asked for an additional deadline to relocate, the condominium management made her write a pledge that when the dog barked she would cut off the water.

N.P. said: "There's no way I'm mistreating or abandoning dogs, I'm even loving them like my own. Since yesterday I have not been able to take care of the children (19 dogs) because I have to find a new home for them. I would like to thank the residents for their support in taking care of the dogs while I wasn't here.

They have completely cut off the water to my apartment since the beginning of March 3, making it very difficult for me to live. I knew I was doing something wrong, so I was willing to find a new place. However, they did not give me time to deal with personal matters."

On the morning of April 3, N.P. returned to his apartment building to arrange for 19 dogs and move his belongings elsewhere. A pet care unit in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City HCM reached out to take temporary care of the girl's 19 dogs. After negotiation, the unit will take care of N.P.'s 19 dogs for 1 week, after she has arranged accommodation, she will return to pick them up.

In the latest video posted online by a resident, the girl and the animal-loving families in the apartment building agreed on arrangements for 19 dogs. Accordingly, pet-loving families in the apartment will divide the number of dogs of the girl, each person adopts 1-2 dogs to reduce the burden and also help the dogs have better living conditions. The girl only kept 1 oldest dog and 1 pregnant dog to take care of because of her long-term attachment.
