The fire happened at a car repair shop. The shop owner, Mr. Le Ngoc T., when he discovered a fire breaking out on the first floor of his house, tried to use a mini fire extinguisher to put out the fire but failed.

According to information from Vietnamnet, at this time, Mr. T. was extremely frightened and lost control, so he quickly ran outside to call for help from the neighbors, not remembering that his wife and children were still inside the house. on fire.
