According to initial information, at about 11:45 p.m. on January 29, Command Information Center 114, Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department-CNCH received a fire report of a 3-story residential house in village 4, Vinh Hung commune, Vinh district. Loc mobilized 2 fire engines along with officers and soldiers to quickly go to the scene to extinguish the fire and carry out rescue.

The fire happened at a car repair shop. The shop owner, Mr. Le Ngoc T., when he discovered a fire breaking out on the first floor of his house, tried to use a mini fire extinguisher to put out the fire but failed.

According to information from Vietnamnet, at this time, Mr. T. was extremely frightened and lost control, so he quickly ran outside to call for help from the neighbors, not remembering that his wife and children were still inside the house. on fire.

Although members of the fire safety joint family, along with the people and on-site forces, deployed self-equipped fire extinguishers and firefighting equipment to initially organize firefighting and rescue victims.
