Bank security Sacombank recounts the moment before death, revealing the reason for being confident in front of robbers

Recently, the incident of a young man carrying a gun to rob a bank in Binh Duong is attracting a lot of attention to public opinion. Notably, the male security guard who was seriously injured while controlling the robber also spoke up about the incident.

Accordingly, on the morning of March 19, Mr. LHP (Sacombank security guard) was being treated at Binh Duong General Hospital, had the opportunity to hear about the moment he faced a violent robber.

It is known that in the process of struggling with gun-wielding robbers, a male bank guard in Binh Duong was hit by one bullet in his jawbone, three other bullets missed his leg, thigh and flank.

Up to now, Mr. P. has been operated by doctors, successfully removed the bullet from the jawbone due to being hit by the robbers. However, he is still lying in the hospital room for the doctors to take care of and monitor him.

In addition, a colleague of Mr. P. was also present and stayed at the hospital to take care of him.

Due to the recent operation, the wound was still swollen and painful, so Mr. P. could not speak. He made a sign and shared with reporters some information in the process of struggling and catching the robber with the support of some customers who came to transact at the bank.

According to Mr. P., before struggling with the robber, the killer shot in the air to suppress it. During the struggle, Mr. P. was shot 3 times by this man, slipping through his thighs, legs and ribs. In addition to the 3 missed shots, there was 1 bullet that hit the face and went deep inside.

According to Mr. P., one of the reasons why he acted decisively was that when he joined the bank as a security guard, he received 60-day professional training to handle situations when encountered. Soon, he was about to go to professional training when an incident happened. Therefore, the male security guard had to postpone the training this time.

When the reporter was present, a doctor and nurse also came to the ward to examine Mr. P.'s incision. The patient was in pain, could not speak and pointed out signs when asked by the doctor.

The doctor who visited Mr. P. this morning, said that the bullet that hit Mr. P was broken into two pieces (on the outside), and the core of the bullet penetrated the patient's lower jaw.

According to this doctor, the principle of the bullet when inserted into the person will have fire (the heat heats up the surrounding soft tissues) causing burns and swelling. Unlike other forces, when the bullet is hit, there will be fire, so it will cause the wound to swell and bruise for a long time to heal, so it must be pricked to handle.

The bullet after being removed from Mr. P's jaw is being kept by the hospital to provide to the investigating agency upon request.

On the afternoon of April 17, a young man carrying a gun-like object went inside the bank and threatened employees to rob money. Discovering the incident, the bank security force quickly closed the bank and tried to arrest the robber.

The robber fought fiercely to escape, but to no avail. At the scene, the robber was wounded in the face, bleeding profusely.

The person who caused the incident is Nguyen Tan Phat (SN 1997, living in Thanh Tam ward, Chon Thanh town, Binh Phuoc province).

According to Phat's testimony, he borrowed more than 20 million VND but could not pay. He himself and his family were repeatedly threatened with debt collection and intimidation. Because he needed money to spend and pay off debts, Phat had an intention to commit a robbery.

According to witnesses, from 10:35 a.m. on the same day, Phat was hanging around the bank area to observe, but when asked by the security guard, Phat said "waiting for you".

At about 11:30 a.m. on the same day, when the bank was about to close, the security guard pressed the roll-up door when Phat burst in and fired a shot into the air.

"This money is not yours. Money from the bank. If you don't give it, you will die," Phat climbed onto the podium of the bank counter, threw his backpack at the female cashier, and shouted.

The female cashier put many piles of money into Phat's backpack, then Phat took the backpack back. At this time, the security guard pressed down on the rolling door. Play request to open the door but the guard does not open. The shot was then shot at the guard's back.

Two men who are customers trading here helped control the robbers. During the control of Phat, the guard was injured, and Phat was also wounded in the head.
