Previously, on October 10, V.D.L was awarded a certificate of merit by the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for his outstanding achievements in the work of the Youth Union and the contestant movement in the 2023-2024 school year. The decision was also just signed, and the Certificate of Merit has not yet been awarded to groups and individuals in Binh Duong.

On October 11, a post suddenly appeared on social media, believed to be from a parent accusing a male secondary school teacher in Binh Duong of sexually abusing his daughter. Accordingly, the teacher mentioned is named V.D.L, who is working at VTT Secondary School, Di An Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong.

The author of the complaint said that Mr. L. lured female students to sing karaoke and also had unacceptable behavior towards them, including one female student who became pregnant. This person also expressed his anger and wanted the male teacher's wrongdoings to be brought to light.

The specific content of the article is as follows: "With everyone's permission, I would like to denounce the teacher of... for the acts of sexual intercourse, abuse of power, and violation of minors. The depraved acts of this teacher must be brought to light.

I am so upset that this incident was suppressed, causing indelible pain to the students. If this incident is suppressed, I do not want to tolerate a corrupt person like you just because your wife works in the Procuracy!"
