Shocked by the identity of the perpetrato.r in the unusual deat.h of mother and chil.d in Binh Duong, the cause revealed

The case of a mother and her chil.d dying unexpectedly at their home in Binh Duong has attracted public attention in recent hours. The identity of the perpetrato.r and the initial cause have just been announced.

On February 22, the professional units of Binh Duong Provincial Police in coordination with Ben Cat City Police were still investigating the case of a mother and chil.d who died in a house in An Hoa neighborhood (Hoa Loi ward, Ben Cat city).

According to initial information, at around 9:00 a.m. the same day, the authorities received a report of a murde.r that left two people dead at a house in An Hoa neighborhood, Hoa Loi ward, Ben Cat city. Immediately after receiving the report, the police force quickly arrived at the scene to verify and clarify the situation.

The victims were Ms. Le Thi T. (42 years old) and her son Truong Quang P. (8 years old). The suspect was identified as Luong Qui Loc (32 years old, permanent resident of Ward 9, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City).

Initially, the police determined that Loc and Ms. T. had a romantic relationship. Due to emotional conflicts, Loc attacke.d Ms. T. and her son. Afterwards, the subject used a sharp object to commit suicid.e but was discovered by people and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. Currently, he is still receiving intensive treatment at the hospital.

As PLO reported, on the morning of the same day, Ms. T.'s ex-husband went to the house to visit his son. When he arrived, he discovered that Ms. T. and her son had no signs of life inside the house. Notably, Ms. T. died nake.d, while her son P. was lying on the floor. The police worked with Ms. T.'s ex-husband, who said that the two had divorce.d since August 2024.

Also today, the People's Committee of Dinh Hiep Commune, Dau Tieng District, Binh Duong Province announced a search for the family of the newborn bab.y girl abandoned in a rubber plantation.

At around 8pm on February 21, people heard a bab.y crying in rubber lot 59, Dinh Hiep commune, Dau Tieng district. Following the crying sound, people discovered a bab.y girl a few days old abandoned there. When discovered, the bab.y was wrapped in a blanket, next to a basket of bab.y items.

Upon receiving the information, the police of Dinh Hiep commune took the gir.l for a health check. Her health is currently stable and she has been sent to local people for care. The People's Committee of Dinh Hiep commune, Dau Tieng district, announced that anyone who is the gir.l's relative should come and claim her.

In another development, the Binh Hoa Ward Police, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, have just announced that they have received information about the deat.h of an unknown bo.y at Viet Sing Residential Area, near Gia Bao 2 Motel.

According to initial information, this bab.y boy was born to his mother, Thach Thi H. (born in 1989, from Tra Vinh) in Viet Sing Residential Area on October 7, 2024. The bab.y was issued a birth certificate but has not been registered and was named Kh by his mother.

Thach Thi H. has been living on the streets around Viet Sing Residential Area since August 2024. On October 14, 2024, Binh Hoa Ward Police coordinated with social work officers to bring the mother and chil.d to the Binh Duong Province Social Work and Protection Center.

However, H.'s family later completed the procedures to bail her out of the center. On the afternoon of February 16, when she woke up, H. discovered that bab.y Kh. had unusual signs, with limp limbs and no longer breathing. Not knowing who to report the news to, she held the bab.y until the morning of February 19, when she met Mr. Le Phuoc Q., manager of Gia Bao 2 motel, and asked him to report it to the authorities.

Upon receiving the report, Binh Hoa Ward Police sealed off the scene and conducted an initial investigation. According to witnesses, Thach Thi H. showed signs of abnormality, often wandering around and talking to herself.

During her time living here, Ms. H. lived with a man. However, the two often quarreled and the man left without a trace. The case is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
