Accordingly, Mr. T. said that at 12 noon on October 15, he and his nephew (16 years old) traveled from An Giang to Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province and were present at An Phu karaoke to film a video exploring the inside. Previously, this place had been the scene of a terrible fire that killed 32 people.

After arriving, the nephew stayed outside to watch the car, while Mr. T. went in alone to film all 3 floors of the facility. "The first floor was a bit dark, so I had to turn on the LED lights. The furniture inside was messy and cluttered, and the old, damp smell was very unpleasant. At that time, I didn't know why I had to go downstairs," the male YouTuber said.

Going down to the ground floor, Mr. T. was about to leave when his intuition urged him to continue to the back of the parking lot. T. could not believe that he would discover a decomposing hand and a human head in this area. The YouTuber from An Giang shuddered as he recalled: "Normally, I am not curious about what is in the garbage dump, but I don't know why that day I kept going to that place because it smelled so bad. The hand and head were in 2 places, I thought they were mannequins. When I changed the angle, I saw a decomposing human face."

Because he was so frightened, Mr. T. immediately left An Phu karaoke and asked the owner of the pho restaurant across the street to report the incident to the local authorities. However, it is unclear why this person did not do so. Knowing that the incident had not been reported, on the morning of October 16, T. called the An Phu Ward Police to report the incident.

"I don't understand why they didn't report it. At that time, I rode my motorbike from Binh Duong to Binh Chanh (HCMC) to have dinner with an acquaintance before returning to my hometown in An Giang," the male YouTuber said.

However, what Mr. T. said and what he did were inconsistent. Because before that, a news site reported that on the afternoon of October 16, on the YouTube channel SM Vlog - T. posted a clip recording the entire process of discovering the mutilated body in the An Phu karaoke bar.

Notably, when he saw the body, the male YouTuber did not run away or panic as he had previously said, but was only a bit surprised and then calmly set up the camera, sat and shared for quite a while before leaving.

This guy even went around, filming close-ups of the body parts he discovered for documentation. After filming, instead of reporting to the police immediately, the male YouTuber drove back to An Giang. The next morning, he continued to turn on the camera and recounted the entire process of filming at the scene of the An Phu karaoke fire until discovering the dead person.

Explaining why he did not report the crime immediately, Mr. T. said: "After seeing it, T. intended to report it to the authorities, but it was really related to human life. When reporting it, the authorities would invite him to work or take a statement or show him the location of the discovery.

At that time, T. was afraid that it would affect his work... But on the other hand, T. felt sorry for him. If he didn't report it now, the perpetrator would still be at large. Now, he will directly call the An Phu Ward police to report the case."
