This mother also said that twice, she went to the school administration to report her daughter's school violence and isolation and asked to change classes for her child.

Accordingly, around November 2022, for the first time, Ms. V. found Mr. Pham Xuan Chung - Principal of Vinh University's High School for the Gifted, but the teacher was absent. The next morning, she took her daughter to school and continued to meet the principal.

"My daughter and I discussed with Mr. Chung for more than an hour about applying for a change of class for our child. Mr. Chung promised to re-examine the issues that the family reflected, if true, he would correct the students involved. At the same time, consider the proposal to change classes for the family's children," the mother said.
