The police recorded that the deceased was a man about 35 - 40 years old, wearing red shorts and a blue shirt... This person passed away lying on his back, with injuries on his neck and arms. The police are verifying the man's identity. When working with the police, the homeowner said he did not know who the man was, how he entered his house and did not understand why this person died.

Regarding the case of a homeowner suddenly discovering a stranger missing in his house in Ho Chi Minh City, many details are difficult for anyone to explain.

According to initial information in the press, at around 4:40 p.m. on March 24, a man walked into an alley on Dong Xoai Street, Ward 13 (Tan Binh District). This person then climbed over the fence to enter a resident’s house at the end of the alley. After that, the man climbed onto the roof of the resident’s house and from this path moved to a balcony of another resident’s house located in the alley next door (this area has many high-rise buildings - PV).

According to the People's Police, Mr. M. discovered that the man had many open wounds, and the victim was still holding 'cold goods' in his hand. Near the man was a pair of scissors with red stains. Mr. M.'s house was locked, and it was unknown how the man broke into the house and the incident occurred. There were no signs of the door being broken into.

Police said that the initial investigation did not show any signs of murder. The deceased was identified as Mr. PMT (51 years old, residing in Ho Chi Minh City). Mr. T's relatives later showed up to receive the body. His wife, Mrs. V (51 years old), said that they and their 12-year-old daughter rented a room in Tan Phu district.

Mrs. V works as a motorbike taxi driver, Mr. T does not have a stable job. According to his wife, Mr. T is addicted to alcohol, illiterate, so he is afraid to go to work. It is worth mentioning that Mr. T sometimes has hallucinations. Once, the man said he dreamed that many people were chasing and beating him, so he was very worried. A few days ago, he even climbed up to the roof of the boarding house and wandered around there.

"He was an alcoholic and had little education so he was afraid to go to work. He worked as a waiter at the school cafeteria for a while and then quit. After that, someone invited him to work as a security guard but he was afraid because he was illiterate so he refused," said Ms. V.

"Mr. T was stressed due to many problems in life, plus drinking too much alcohol made him mentally unstable at times. Yesterday morning I went to work, but I don't know when he left home. That evening, someone called to report that my husband had an accident, asking me to go to the police station in Ward 13 (Tan Binh District)," the wife shared.

According to Article 158 of the Penal Code, the act of trespassing or illegally entering another person's home can be punished with a prison sentence of up to 5 years. The specific penalty depends on the act, the nature, the level, the consequences and other circumstances related to the case.
