Recently, in order to help Ms. Lan ease her longing for her child and give her a complete family photo, a friend came to Mr. Phung Quang Trung to ask him to put together a family photo of 3 people. "I want to ask you to help me put together a family photo for the case of my child NTĐ. An 8th grade student in Long Bien, who was in a fight and died. His father also passed away a few years ago. I want to give his mother a family photo," the message read.

Receiving the message asking for help, Mr. Trung did not hesitate to start working on it. "The upcoming photo will be sent to your mother and child. It was very difficult for me to agree to edit this photo for your family because I wanted it to be what your mother wanted, and when I finished it, my heart was heavy... I love you more than the word love," Mr. Trung shared.

And then, what she could never do with her husband and D. was realized by Trung. A happy family photo helped Lan preserve family memories, happy moments in the past through scattered pieces.

According to Mr. Trung, right after completing the photo of all the members of D.'s family, he will send the photo to Ms. Lan as a special gift to help her somewhat ease her longing.

Previously, at the investigation agency, Truong Van Minh (16 years old, in Hanoi) admitted all his crimes. Minh's statement regarding the act of causing injury to the victim D. was determined by the investigation agency to be consistent with the documents and evidence collected.

In this case, Minh was proposed to be prosecuted for the crime of intentionally causing injury under the provisions of Point a, Clause 4, Article 134 of the Penal Code.

At the same time, the investigation agency also determined that TVK (Minh's younger brother) was an accomplice in the act of causing injury to D. However, at the time of the crime, K. was only over 11 years old, so he was not old enough to be held criminally responsible.
