The incident is believed to have occurred on the shore of Xang Tho lake (Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city). At the scene, there were also many people cheering and using mobile phones to record the entire process of the incident.
Regarding the above case, talking to a reporter of the Labor newspaper, the Ninh Kieu District Police said that they are verifying and clarifying the above case. In addition, according to information on Vietnamnet newspaper, at around 0:30 p.m. on January 1, Ms. N. (30 years old, a bank employee in Can Tho) took a taxi home in Cai Khe ward (Ninh Kieu district) after attending the agency's year-end party. Arriving at home, Ms. N. found that she had forgotten the key to the house at work, so she called Mr. T. (who works at the same bank) to get it for help. Mr. T. brought the key and gave it to N. near Tran Phu Street. After that, Ms. N. asked Mr. T. to take her to the shore of Huynh Cuong Lake (Thoi Binh Ward) to get her personal belongings.
Arriving at Huynh Cuong Street, when N. got out of T.'s car, he was hit repeatedly on the head and eye by a woman named T. (41 years old - believed to be Mr. T.'s wife) holding a helmet. This woman also tore N's clothes. After that, another woman hit N. with a helmet. According to the clip, at first N. and T. only talked back and forth in the middle of the road, but did not have a 'physical impact', talked for a while and did not know how to solve it, which led to jealousy and doing something wrong in the middle of the road as above. It is known that because he suspected that the other party was a "third child" to intervene in his family life. Ms. T's sister, Q, participated in the 'physical impact' of N.
N only knew that he was helpless to endure the battle even though there were many witnesses around. After that, this girl went to the police office to report the incident as above. Ms. T and Q were also invited to the police headquarters to work. Initially, both admitted their illegal acts.
During the development of the incident for more than 10 minutes, there were many people standing around cheering, recording clips, but no one intervened. N just sat down on the side of the road in a situation where his clothes were torn, had to cover sensitive areas of his body with his hands, cried and screamed. After the incident occurred, N did not report, but from the information provided by the people, the police worked with N.
According to the source of the Traffic Newspaper, N has a pretty appearance, is an employee of a bank with a branch in Can Tho. At the Police Office, T and Q admitted to violating the law as mentioned above. The Investigating Police Agency of Ninh Kieu District Police is continuing to consolidate documents and evidence to prosecute relevant subjects in accordance with the law.

Acts of posting, sharing and distributing images without permission and seriously offending the dignity and honor of others, if they do not cause serious consequences or less serious consequences, shall be administratively sanctioned from VND 10 million to VND 20 million according to Articles 101 and 102 of Decree No. 15/2020/ND-CP dated February 3, 2020 of the Government, amending and supplementing Decree No. 14/2022/ND-CP, dated January 27, 2022 stipulating penalties for administrative violations in the fields of post, telecommunications, radio frequency, information technology and electronic transactions.
