Sharing with the media, Ms. T. said that in 2021, she went to the above facility to get braces. After many times contacting the owner of Tuyet Chinh dental facility about the above incident, Ms. T. still did not receive a response. On the afternoon of September 3, Ms. T. and a friend went to Tuyet Chinh dental clinic, asking to meet the owner of the facility to discuss the treatment plan.

After the words went back and forth, Ms. T. was affected by Ms. C.

"At that time, I panicked, I didn't think a doctor would act so thuggly. The incident caused me to suffer multiple injuries and had to go to the hospital for treatment. In addition, my phone and glasses were also damaged by Ms. C.," Ms. T. said.

In addition to the violent act, Ms. T. said that Ms. Chinh destroyed her property, including an iPhone 11 worth 16 million VND and a Gentle Monster brand glass worth 7.8 million VND.

The whole incident was recorded by the phone camera of a friend who accompanied Ms. T. After that, Ms. T. had to be hospitalized for treatment of injuries and made an application to the police.

Regarding the case, the Hanh Thong Ward Police received the complaint and invited both parties to work. Currently, the police are in the process of making records and verifying for the next direction.

A representative of the People's Committee of Hanh Thong ward confirmed that on the evening of 7-9, the police invited relevant parties to work, make verification documents and handle them according to regulations.
