Therefore, based on the level of violation and according to the regulations in the code of conduct, the application has announced to stop cooperating with this male driver. ShopeeFood representative confirmed that they have currently stopped cooperating with the driver in the incident of delivering 30 cups of tea.

On the afternoon of August 20, Mr. PVĐ. said that he and Ms. TT had reconciled and did not want to comment further. He said that the customer had texted him apologizing for the insulting words and thoughtless actions that had affected him. In the apology message, Ms. TT also asked permission to send Mr. Đ. some compensation money. The male driver said that he would use the money to support Cuba and other drivers.

Sharing more on his personal page, Mr. D. said that the incident that happened that day made him sad and stressed. "The individuals involved have agreed to close the case in a spirit of goodwill and hope to prevent the incident from spreading and causing uncontrollable legal consequences," the company announced.
