According to initial information, on the morning of February 25, the working group of the Lang Son Provincial Traffic Police Department performed a planned patrol and control task on National Highway 1.

At 12:58, the traffic police team discovered a 29-seat passenger car with registration number: 29F-006.08 driven by Nguyen Van G. (born 1974, residing in Que Vo, Bac Ninh) for a speeding violation (level 75/50 km/ h) should have given the signal to stop the vehicle according to regulations.

However, the driver did not comply with the order and continued to drive away. The working group then used a specialized vehicle to follow and repeatedly signaled to stop the vehicle, but the driver still did not comply, zigzagging on the road, causing traffic insecurity for other vehicles.

Notably, this car also crashed into the rear of a specialized traffic police vehicle many times, causing damage to the vehicle.

While working with the driver, the authorities determined that this person did not violate the alcohol or banned substance levels. However, passenger car 29F-006.08 does not have a camera to monitor the journey and carries passengers without a transportation contract.

Currently, the Huu Lung District Police (Lang Son) are completing documents to temporarily detain bus driver Nguyen Van G. for handling according to regulations.

Running away when asked to stop by the Traffic Police is considered an act of disobeying the traffic controller's orders.
