In many cases, people with alcohol violations were recorded by traffic police and begged to be ignored for extremely unreasonable and humorous reasons: because they were workers, lived nearby, or even had people constantly asking for "begging". because they are people in the same field.
On the night of January 14, Thu Duc City Traffic Police set up a checkpoint at To Ngoc Van - Go Dua street. After only two hours, the force discovered and recorded a series of cases of alcohol violation.
Specifically, at 9:25 p.m., traffic police at the alcohol testing checkpoint at the intersection of To Ngoc Van - Go Dua (Tam Binh ward) discovered that Mr. NDL showed signs of being drunk driving a motorbike. Traffic on To Ngoc Van street should stop the vehicle.
Very quickly, right after seeing the stop signal from the Traffic Police, Mr. L made a U-turn, turned onto Go Dua Street and continued driving. Traffic police then used special vehicles to chase and stop Mr. L's car about 500 meters from the checkpoint.
The traffic police invited Mr. L to return to the checkpoint to measure his alcohol concentration, but this person repeatedly refused to comply. Mr. L asked the traffic police to forgive his violation.
After nearly 20 minutes of hard persuasion, Mr. L took an alcohol test and the results showed that he had a concentration of 0.695 Mg/liter of breath. Knowing that he had violated the law and that it would be difficult to escape the crime, Mr. L still persistently asked the traffic police to let him go, but was still recorded.
When the traffic police asked to present his driver's license, vehicle registration, and ID card or ID card, Mr. L declared that he did not bring any documents. Mr. L only told the task force that his name was NDL, his home was at Highway 1A, Tam Binh ward.
After that, Mr. L continued to ask for a reduction in the violation and only signed the violation record and temporarily impounded the vehicle. "I was wrong. I would like to ask my comrades to excuse me. My house is close to here, we have the same major," Mr. L explained to the traffic police.
When the traffic police asked to sign the car seal and open the front trunk, Mr. L did not comply and left. "It was wrong of me to drink alcohol, I won't sign anything anymore," Mr. L finished speaking and quickly left, ignoring the car.
Not giving up, a traffic police officer walked away as persuaded. Mr. L turned back to witness the traffic police opening the front trunk of the car. When there was nothing inside, he said: "The officer said one is one, two It's two, there's nothing to open."
Also on the night of January 14, Thu Duc City police also discovered and arrested 7 similar cases, all of which were alcohol violations. When "unfortunately" encountering traffic police, violators are asked to ignore the reason that their house is close so they should drink a few cans of beer for fun.
Specifically, in the case of Mr. CVD, his alcohol concentration was 0.097 Mg/liter of breath.
At around 8:30 p.m., the patrol team stopped Mr. CVD's car and conducted an alcohol test. The results showed that Mr. D had a concentration of 0.097 Mg/liter of breathing air. When the traffic police recorded him, Mr. D explained that because his house was close, he drove home by himself after drinking.
Just a few minutes later, Mr. LKC's car was ordered to stop by the traffic police for inspection. The results showed that Mr. C had an alcohol concentration of 0.381 Mg/liter of breath. Mr. C also gave the same reason, because his house was close, he subjectively went to class reunions by motorbike, then drank a few cans of beer with his friends.
At about 9:15 p.m., the patrol team discovered that Mr. PVB was driving a motorbike carrying many construction-related items and showed signs of being drunk. Mr. B then had his vehicle tested by the traffic police and the results showed that Mr. B had an alcohol concentration of 0.376 Mg/liter of breath.
After being caught violating the law, Mr. B explained his family situation. It is known that he and his wife came from Quang Binh to Binh Duong to make a living as interior decorators. As soon as the project was completed, the homeowner invited them to have a meal and drink some alcohol.
After drinking, on the way home, Mr. B was stopped by traffic police and issued a record for alcohol violation. When faced with a difficult situation, Mr. B immediately confessed his suffering and explained to the officers and soldiers on duty: "If you work for a job, if you want to have a relationship so that you can be called to work again later, you won't dare refuse to drink." Now that I have been fined, my salary for the recent project is not enough to pay the fine."
In addition, three other cases of alcohol concentration violations were also recorded by the traffic police. The violations all said that their homes were close so they subjectively rode motorbikes.
