When catching up, Captain Duong Hai asked the violator to stop, but this person continued to not comply and avoided, continuing to accelerate and turn the car around in the opposite direction. According to PC08 Room, Captain Duong Hai suspected that the driver of the vehicle had signs of a crime, so he tried every way to avoid the control of the authorities and resolutely pursued him.

When chasing in front of Hoa Binh theater, Captain Duong Hai drove close to the violator, who drove onto the sidewalk to continue running away. When the violator drove down the road to continue escaping, Captain Duong Hai approached and used his foot to kick the vehicle. When the violator still intentionally drove the vehicle to escape, Captain Duong Hai continued to step on his foot, causing the person and the vehicle to collide with another vehicle, but not causing injury to that person.

Immediately afterwards, traffic police from the Ban Co Traffic Police Team promptly arrived and assisted in stopping the violators.

Traffic police checked people and vehicles but there were no signs of crime, so they made an administrative violation record against the violator for errors, including not walking on the right side in the direction of travel, not obeying signs. order of the traffic controller, no driver's license, no vehicle registration according to regulations... and impound the vehicle according to regulations.
