Cá tháng Tư và những cú lừa "kinh thiên động địa", sốc nhất là ngày "tận thế"

In 2023, a court in China ordered a father surnamed Zhou to return 16,800 yuan (nearly 60 million) worth of money to his twin children.
It is known that he and his wife are divorced and custody of the two children belongs to the wife. However, he always "keeps" the money that the twins were celebrating at a young age on the grounds that he also used to take care of them when they were young.
Although the twins repeatedly asked for the money back, Zhou refused for years. With their mother's approval, the twins decided to file a lawsuit in the local court seeking money back from their biological father.
The court decided that Zhou had violated the twins' legal rights and ruled he must refund 8,000 yuan to his son and 8,800 yuan to his daughter within 15 days of the ruling.
The incident received a lot of approval from everyone, because the parents' retention of the children's money was inherently objectionable, not to mention that the parents of both were divorced, so it was unreasonable for the father to keep the money unpaid.
Earlier in 2019, the People's Court of Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China also completed a lawsuit lasting up to 3 years. The verdict ordered Su's father to return the entire amount of 3,045 yuan (equivalent to VND10.4 million) â including bank deposits and interest â to his 13-year-old son.
Previously, the boy's parents divorced in August 2013. Initially, he stayed with his father, from February 2014 to March 2015, he deposited all the money into a bank account in his name, divided into three different installments.
But by the end of 2015, he moved back in with his mother. In March 2016, the boy discovered that his father had withdrawn all his money without notice, so he decided to sue in court. The court held that the money was indeed sent by the father but in his son's name. Legally, the boy has full ownership. The father is forced to refund his child.
In another case, the man and his 3 children successfully sued the mother for taking money worth 560,000 yuan (more than 2.1 billion VND) that should have belonged to the children. The mother must then also pay back the full amount along with interest.
Earlier, in Yunnan (China), there was also a heartbreaking lawsuit that a girl sued her parents to take all the money about 58,000 yuan (230 million VND) but refused to pay for her college education. As a result, the court ordered parents to pay 1,500 yuan per month until their daughter graduated. The girl's parents had also divorced earlier.
It can be seen that parents keeping their children's money is always a "headache". Parents need to respect their children's wishes, whether "holding" or letting children keep their own money to celebrate their age, they need to have the right handling and education.
Director Le Hoang once caused controversy when sharing his view of "debt".
According to him, "if you ask 10 people, 10 Vietnamese families, there are 9 people, 9 families feel that money is a debt... without ever paying enough."
The director said that the money did not sound loud, but in fact caused many "accidents", anger, quarrels, narcissism and hometown. Because of the money, many people do not dare to visit friends, many workers are heavy hearted when stepping on the Tet bus to their hometown.
"There is also no shortage of cases where wives grind on their husbands, children grimace at their fathers, grandmothers pout at me due to money," he said, adding that if Tet is not sluggish, many people will feel light in their bodies, lightheaded like living in clouds.
"What a debt! How do I get out?" - this question of director Le Hoang immediately caused controversy all over social media.
