The indifference of the staff made another passenger unable to bear the frustration and speak up on behalf of the 2 grandchildren.

He urged airport staff to take concrete action to help the boy get home as soon as possible. The woman said: "Now this ticket has to be solved to pay double the money to the customer. People who wanted to go back to see their dad one last time now accepted to buy the most expensive ticket. He'd been lying there crying since night, poor thing.
