If you are a Facebook user, you will definitely know the Nghien Nha group (with more than 2.5 million followers). This is a group specializing in sharing knowledge about building houses, decorating houses and tips for buying houses... famous on social networks.

But recently, a noisy incident has caused a storm in the Nghien Nha group, causing many members to speak up.

Specifically, the admin of the Nghien Nha group organized a contest called "When women invest" and NA (a TikToker with more than 76k followers, also a member of this group) participated in sharing about her journey of leaving the city to return to Hoi An, investing in the homestay industry. In the article, this person told the story of starting a business, investing and the difficulties she faced. However, netizens reacted strongly under this share, because they thought the content was unrealistic, digging up NA's past scandals about investment issues.

Faced with a series of negative comments pouring in below the post, recently, the admin of the Nghien Nha group spoke up about the incident. Specifically, the group's board of directors (BQT) said that the post had been removed from the group by the owner. The group admin issued 2 notices to other members active in this group:

First, the admin confirms: The Board of Directors of Nghien Nha would like to confirm that we did not remove the post, hide the post, and delete any comments from members. Member NA's post was proactively removed by you.

Next, the group shared their wishes with group members: Continue to maintain a positive sharing space, where each member feels connected to each other - the way Nghien Nha has been cultivating with everyone over the past 5 years.

Afterwards, the admin of the Nghien Nha group clarified the reason for this post as well as his responsibility in managing the group as follows:

Since March 10, the Board of Directors of Nghien Nha group has launched the column When Women Invest - Target to share images of home spaces, stories of group members themselves, honor women in this theme month of March 8 and has received nearly 40 stories shared by everyone.

The group's management board would like to make an official announcement so that group members can feel secure in their activities and continue to share in a healthy, positive community about architecture, housing, and life:

1. The column "When women invest" is organized with the purpose of sharing and spreading positive messages about women investing and honoring Women's Month.

2. Understanding the multidimensional nature of community activities (especially with a community of more than 2.5 million members), since the discussion under member NA's post took place, the group's Board of Directors and the moderation department affirmed that they did not actively delete comments, delete posts or hide posts from members. However, the Facebook platform has AI algorithms installed with keywords by Admins that will automatically remove comments containing negative keywords that violate community standards.

3. The Board of Directors of Nghien Nha has never and will never associate with any individual or group to call for investment in assets that are not managed by Vietnamese law.

4. Brands that have worked or accompanied Nghien Nha up to now must meet the criteria of being reputable organizations in the market, registered to operate under the strict management of Vietnamese law.

To avoid further negative impacts on members active in the community, as well as to maintain the positive purity of the column as the 40 stories have been spread in the group for nearly 2 weeks, we would like to announce:

1. Lock comments on NA member's posts We will not delete the content or existing comments of the post with the priority of multi-dimensionality in group activities, but will limit the possibility of personal privacy issues negatively affecting the sharing activities of the remaining 2.5 million members in the group.

2. The Board of Directors hopes that members will continue to spread and maintain positive energy for the community.

Hopefully this personal matter will not be pushed further, will not cause confusion and affect the activities and sharing of very positive content articles of Nghien Nha members.
