Recently, the case of a production line of nearly 600 types of fake milk targeting sick people, pregnant women and children was destroyed, causing a stir in society. Immediately after the information about the fake milk line was discovered, many milk brands "disappeared" from direct and online sales distribution channels.

Recently, Alama Vietnam Trading and Technology Company Limited (abbreviated as ALAMA) spoke up about the incident on the official page of the HIUP product.

ALAMA apologizes to customers for any concerns and worries arising from recent communications. "ALAMA takes seriously the fact that any lack of clarity in communications can lead to misunderstandings, confusion, and affect consumer confidence," the company said.

According to ALAMA company, HIUP is a product that the company owns the copyright and officially distributes. The product is made according to ISO 22000:2018 - one of the international standards for food safety management systems.

The product has been granted a Certificate of Acceptance of Declaration by the Department of Food Safety and Hygiene - Vinh Phuc Department of Health. In addition, HIUP has also been independently tested by AVATEK Center for Testing and Consulting on Science and Technology, ensuring objectivity in product control.

Regarding the penalty in March 2024, the company said it has taken remedial measures such as: Stopping the use of media content that has not been standardized according to legal regulations. At the same time, removing all content that violates or is at risk of violating the Advertising Law.

For KOLs or social media platforms that have promoted the product, ALAMA has also decided to stop cooperation, liquidate early or handle inappropriate channels or content.

Regarding the incident of being named in the discovery of 600 types of fake powdered milk on the market, ALAMA Company said this is false information.

Specifically, some actions are as follows: Intentionally combining and associating HIUP images with products suspected of being counterfeit; Posting and sharing comments that are offensive or untrue; Causing confusion in public opinion, affecting ALAMA's reputation.

Therefore, ALAMA is taking necessary legal measures such as: Collecting evidence, making records of articles with signs of violations. At the same time, completing documents to send to the authorities.

ALAMA also affirmed: "HIUP products and the company are completely unrelated and have no relationship with organizations and individuals producing and trading fake milk powder as reported by the media."

In addition, the company also commits that all HIUP products meet current legal standards, ensuring food safety throughout the production, circulation and consumption process. All products are periodically inspected by specialized units, ensuring strict compliance.
